Our marzipan fruits gift box contains marzipan moulded into lifelike fruit shapes which are died using only natural colourings from fruit and vegetable concentrates and then decorated with loving attention to detail. They are then finally glazed to give a more realistic finish. The scaled down fruits include strawberries, greengages, peaches, apples, lemons, banana, oranges and pears. Deliciously rich they are appealing to both the eye and stomach. Presented in a decorative box they are an ideal gift.
Shepcote was established in 1969 by Michael Sheperdson in Driffield, East Yorkshire. It is now run by his son Richard, who aspires to maintain and develop the company ethos set by his father. With over forty years of experience Shepcote are now a specialist in their field distributing nationally and internationally. Made from our own traditional recipe and methods, our marzipan delicacies are skilfully hand crafted to suit the needs of our large customer base.
